Liquid Detox (Apple Cider Vinegar)
Serving Size: Large Mason Jar
1 cup of Organic Raw Unfiltered Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup of distilled water
3/4 cup of raw unfiltered honey
2 organic lemons
1 - 1/2 tsp of organic ginger
10 crushed organic garlic cloves
*In a blender or chopper, mix 10 organic garlic cloves with 1-2 tsp of distilled water. Mix garlic mixture with other ingredients in a large mason jar. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before consuming. Take 2 TBSP first thing in the morning, before consuming any food or drinks. And take 2 TBSP at night, before going to bed.

Please note: The liquid detox provides the best results when combined with Nutri Savvee's "Herbal Detox" capsules. Take 2 herbal detox capsules per day, with food and water, until your liquid detox formula is completely gone.

 

Fruit and Veggie Wash
1/2 cup of extra strength distilled white vinegar 
1/8 cup of distilled water
2 small fresh lemons
*Mix all ingredients in a small spray bottle. Rinse fruit/vegetables with regular warm water. Spray fruit/vegetables with spray wash. Allow fruit/vegetables to sit for 5-10 minutes. Rinse fruit/vegetables with distilled water. Serve.

 

Armpit Detox
1 tsp of Apple Cider Vinegar
1 tsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice
2-3 drops of organic tea tree oil
*Mix all ingredients in a small glass bowl or container. Apply armpit concoction to underarms with a small cotton swab. Apply once a day, up to one week, before using natural deodorant. Discontinue use immediately if you experience any skin irritation or rash. The pH level of the ACV may be too high (strong) for your underarms.

 

Post-workout Concotions
Consume one 8 oz cup of Nutri Savvee's Multivitamin Drink and take two Nutri Savvee Maca Root capsules.
